Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with an item, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used bathroom sets, aroma burners, and incense holders cannot be returned once opened or used unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

4. Return Process

  • Send a return request to poornima.mathur@yahoo.co.in with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  • After approval, instructions for returning the item will be provided.

5. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
